Augusto Navone, presidente della Fondazione IMC, e Stefano Carboni, ricercatore presso lo stesso istituto, porteranno il contributo della ricerca scientifica al dibattito su molluschicoltura e valorizzazione delle risorse marine.

From May 16 to 18, La Spezia hosts the Italian Oyster Fest, celebrating Italian oysters with a focus on taste, innovation, and sustainability.
